Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If canceling an order, please do so prior to shipment. Once a product has been shipped it cannot be canceled using our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Returns/Exchanges are available only for selected products, return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of any product is subject to change without prior notice.
  4. If we do not have pick-up service available at your location, you will have to send the product yourself to our office address.
  5. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return/Exchange requests which are not raised within the return period (see product page) of the product will not be accepted.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
